100% refund if I cannot deliver, but the plan is to assign serial #s in the am to all sales that are made BEFORE the FRT changes in the business FRT portal. None of us have access to this mythical FRN (live FRT).

That way, it is paid in full, serial # assigned and yours. Once completed, we package it up and mail it off....

Possession date past the FRT change would still land the buyer and seller in trouble since you are not suppose to ship or even take out these newly prohibs according to the news on May 1st. What happens when your books gets subpoenaed? The date of possession/shipping would expose the buyers.

I and more importantly, my lawyer disagrees. While I am producing, but have sold the item, I simply am holding it in trust. Once it is complete, I can ship it once to the actual owner. Just as the CFO offices completed transfers for restricteds after the OIC... as long as the transaction began before the prohibition.

the OIC clearly states a 1 time travel allowance of the device can happen to return it to it's owner. I have an AR 15 lower sitting in the post office I need to go pick up tomorrow. bought April 29th. shipped after may 1st.

Typically how much extra would it cost to build the complete rifle ? Would you sell all the parts that are needed to build said complete rifle and if so how much would I be looking at ?

JR, you truly are the scum of the gun industry!

Anyone who buys from you doesn’t understand The damage you have done to the Canadian gun industry.

F$&@ing Disgraceful!!

Ok good, now take that frustration and energy and put it towards the real "scum of the gun industry". Those being politicians and people who do not understand that law abiding gun owners are not the same as criminals. Furthermore, we are all in this together so instead of nit picking on a fellow gun industry owner who has admitted and acknowledged to making mistakes in the past , focus on working together even if you disagree. At the end of the day we are all Canadian gun owners and our sport, hobby, livelihood, and industry is being swept away.

Nope. I’ll never respect anyone who does the #### JR does.
The 858 / Swiss arms prohibition was his fault.
Now a BS copy of another companies work. Couldn’t even bother to change up the look to make out his own.
I will smile the day that store closes for good!
And I wouldn’t give him a penny for “ his “ fight. That money will likely just line his pockets!

So in the event this become prohibited, those purchase transactions already made could be used as evidence in court to prove the financial damage done on the remaining receiver sets due to the prohibition, is that part of the plan? That's quite smart business move I have to say.

Internally is it the same as the MS? I know the CMMG works in there.

If your referring to the Cmmg 22 conversion it is too long for a Sporter. Needs a machinist to shorten the overall length by about 3/16 of an inch. Works perfect then. Atrs has done it in the past.

But, tell how you REALLY feel?
Two things Purp, The rifles were wrongly classified, as the samples were not what was being imported later. This would have been discovered eventually, and now the point is rather moot. Everything is prohibited now, happy?
Two, I'm certain in retrospect JR wishes he had kept his mouth shut about it. However, just as the folks who noticed the welded up FA sear channel in some of the 858 receivers realized what that would eventually mean, if you were a business, and you knew this, yet continued to sell them, you would be culpable, and your customers would have burned your business to the ground when they too went prohibited.
Because you didn't say anything.

What have you done to contribute to the community since then?
I think JR deserves some slack.
