They’re already talking about it in some medias in QC, preparing the ground for more restrictions in the name of safety...
They did learn, but not about the chinese engineered virus
Covid didn't raise the prices of sks, the theft of out legally bought restricted rifles did, good to have options that's all.
well the prices were up before the oic ... oic accelerate the price but not started it.
Not everyone waits till the last minute, I just can't link a virus and the rise in an sks or any firearms price together, but the threat of losing our restricted firearms, well, that makes sense.
well you did not see the line up of people trying to buy ammo and firearms in real stores. the same happened here people were buying rifles like nuts ... so it was the start then the OIC accelerated the demand for keeping some semi auto: it was a combinaison of both all together not only the OIC not only covid ...

That link pretty well sums it up. Looks can be deceiving. Don't waste your money unless you want a cool looking rifle sporting a 5-round pinned AK mag to show your friends when they come over for a brewski and hotdog.
That certainly is dissapointing, from the video reviews I have seen it didn't seem that bad.
the buying spree and also a jump in bookings for PAL/RPAL courses started when Trudeau announced C-71
depending what you were after I guess but anything related to AR15 or the new NR stags/bcl and atrs rifles saw a buying frenzy that started in 2018
