Will vendors go back to selling all the goods immediately? I know that if it even gets temporarily reversed I will do everything in my power to purchase as many "banned" guns as possible. I am specifically interested to hear if any dealers have any STAG-10 stock hiding anywhere- would definitely want to pick up another to replace the one I sold.

I wonder what is going to happen? (Tapping credit card on desk next to keyboard)

Point me in the right direction. Why is it being suspended on January 20? Wishful thinking or something more definite?

Yep, gonna take all my .223 ammo and my AR's out to the range and melt them down myself, the fun way.:d

Then I'll work on smelterin' down the Mossberg 715T with my case of Thunderbolts. Likely one rd. at a time!

Why? Are you suggesting it is a well thought-out and carefully written piece of legislation that can withstand scrutiny?

no... But the supreme Court of Canada is every bit as rigged as the supreme Court of the USA is now. They're all in lockstep and in bed together following the same plan. The more common sense that will be pointed out the more it will be ignored. I'm afraid to say that no matter how many judges disagree with the OIC once it gets to the supreme Court of Canada we will be left out in the cold. It's a liberal stacked SC so we shouldn't expect much more than that. This plan is very well thought out don't kid yourself.

If the federal court stays the OiC make sure you read the fibe print of the judgement. The Registrar is of the opinion that all our certificates are invalid. A court has ruled that the cancellation of certificates is as a decision of the registrar and not directly because of the OiC. Unless the federal court explicitly orders the unrevocation of certificates then all the firearms are now unregistered. And even if the registrar is ordered to reinstate the certificates it may take her months to actually do so, and there is no guarantee she will. Wouldnt be the first time the CFP has ignored a court order.
