What happens if the OIC IS temporarily suspended on Jan. 20th?

Judge hasn’t made her decision yet
She is dangling the bone in front of us just out of reach
Just when we think we might be able to grab that bone she’s gonna toss it away
Judge is a woman after all... and a liberal one at that

dam. here before the red

that's a good way to make us all look like stupid ****heads who have no business owning guns. act in your own self interest and shut up. the more you act like this the more women will just assume gun owners are pieces of garbage

Are you implying that men aren’t emotional or don’t act on emotional impulses?

Anyway, all that is irrelevant to what we’re facing as a collective, but it’s pretty eye-opening to read this kind of stuff and it doesn’t give me much hope if this is the starting worldview firearms owners start with. If you think men are any less emotional than women then I have a bridge to sell you.
No.

I honestly think that the Judge has asked the right questions. Probably more than Blair ever did in his “consultations” with gun owners. These decisions made by this OIC and simply subjective and irrational. I hope that the judge sees this and makes the correct choice. The government isn’t looking very good as a result.

Had they attempted to ban ALL semi automatic firearms it would be a harder decision to contest. It would also be political suicide for the Libs and Turdo.

As for the gender comments. They are simply ignorant and help no one. You are all just feeding the haters with your ignorance.

Even though the act to ban in and of itself is immoral and should not stand, for only a little bit more effort the liberals could have covered their bases from a technical point of view that would have made the ban far more difficult to challenge.

Fortunately the liberals are as incompetent as they are immoral. From the get go I always thought the administrative law arguments taken by KKS was the stronger approach than the charter arguments.

But I hope that all of the arguments win and the judge blows a smoking hole into the firearms act. We should be challenging the entire classification system as a whole, not just the OiC. Its all the same arguments.

How would that have been political suicide? His supporters would support it and the ones who dont support him dont matter.

In fact, his idiotic ban has also upset the gun haters for being too soft.

Unless he wants to leave some more guns to ban later for publicity it was pretty idiotic for him not to clean the table

“Political suicide”. In the sense that a complete ban on semi automatic firearms (such as the recent one seen in NZ) would affect more people than just those who have specific firearms. There would be far more people of all walks of life that would be criminalized. This would spark a broader debate in Canada. No doubt that this is the Liberal agenda. Turdo wants be like Jacinda Arden. However Canada is not New Zealand.

This OIC has been drafted with poor logic. Any one of those firearms listed has a current non restricted firearm with similar ballistic capabilities that were not listed ... yet. The same irrational logic applied to the earlier OIC’s in the 90’s. I could only have dreamed of a CCFR and the internet support back then.

it would hit a few more hunters that have semi auto non assault style hunting rifles but not many.

I have not seen much outrage from the hunters who had their 10 ga and 460ies banned ... so I honestly doubt it would matter.

Take in mind that some of those africa hunting rifles cost $10000 and up and this has not caused much of an issue

Most likely nobody knows about who has those pricey 460 Weatherby's.

99% of them don't know their firearms were banned since this ban was for ''Assault style'' firearms, so since they don't have those, they have no reason to believe their hunting firearm was banned, even though it was. The Liberal is very sneaky.
