You didn't listen to the hearing did you. She asked a lot of tough questions of the government team that they couldn't answer, and on more than one occasion made remarks that she wasn't buying their BS.
But you automatically jump to the conclusion that she is a liberal, and combined with the fact that she is a woman, that she is in capable of making a correct decision. Classy.
This has zero relevance to anything. It never did, it sure as hell doesn't in 2021.
In regards to some of the previous comments, it is of little value to continue to speculate about what can or cannot happen for one reason or another.
The bottom line is that there may be a decision but as of this moment, none.

Anyway, all that is irrelevant to what we’re facing as a collective, but it’s pretty eye-opening to read this kind of stuff and it doesn’t give me much hope if this is the starting worldview firearms owners start with. I believe ACJ Gagne sits in Ottawa. It was a zoom hearing and I believe applicants were dialing in from Calgary Toronto and Ottawa.
We still dont know a date. I dont see anything on the Fed Court website that makes audio available. I emailed the registrar of the court where to get an official copy and have not received a response.
