What happens if the OIC IS temporarily suspended on Jan. 20th?

That would only bw true if the court suspended the entire Firearms classification regulations rather than just the may 1 amendments. I highly doubt thats going to happen.

Those firearms will have no title, they NULLIFIED THE CERTIFICATE, these will be orphans. Not illegal to adopt an orphan.:):ar15:

Sure it's rigged, this is like algebra.... Minus +minus = plus... sooooo.... Rigged + ignorance = AR at the range with other NR. Holala.:)

You need to multiply two negatives to get a positive, addition only gets you a larger negative number. Lol

The point that Cameron SS brings up about the FRT changes is troubling. Even if the OIC is repealed temporarily, a lot of guns that had their FRT changed may still be subject to the new variant interpretation. That wouldn't be good.

i dont think any of this really matters. the liberals are headed for an absolute majority and then can do whatever they want.

There is also the chance that the next OIC is not written by a complete retard and if that fails they can just amend the FA

We can make it as hard as possible and drag it out a bit but that seems all

nullifyverb
1. To put an end to, especially formally and with authority:
abolish, abrogate, annihilate, annul, cancel, invalidate, negate, set aside, vitiate, void.
Law: extinguish.
2. To make ineffective by applying an opposite force or amount:
cancel, counteract, negate, neutralize.

The Bloc did very good on this statement, make the worried ones wonder... Could this be true, a thousand cuts is efficient on all sides.

The turd cant ride on hope alone, peoples are seeing it know, he can bleed.

The SFSS seems to have determined that because of the wider scope introduced by the regulations, that the unnamed prohibited rifles fall within that wider scope, while previously they did not. Not sure how the new classification interpretation would stick around if the new criteria introduced by legislation is put off until judicial review.

To Cameron's point, I'd be curious to see how the RCMP handles the requisite changes to the FRT should the injunction be successful. As noted by him in other threads, the CFP seems to make up the rules as it suits them.

The problem especially is that the post may 1st unnamed variant frt updates violated federal regulations and that is the basis of the ATRS lawsuit. If they maintain those changes in violation of theaw then ATRS probably wins their lawsuit, but if they go back on them then it proves how arbitrary and capricious the FRT and RCMP are.

If the Judge grants an injunction nullifying the prohibition of unnamed variants, how long do you think it will take for the government to issue another OIC naming those variants?

The real issue, should a injunction happen, is how on the ground police treat it. The firearms act made 10.year olds with single shots, riding to 4th grade a scalp for LEO,s. Previously, they stopped Soccer players from breaking ankles in gopher holes.
