Breaking: CCFR injunction unsuccessful, but it's not over

We are dealing with a non gun using government (before you jump all over that, I mean non gun sport government) that thinks it knows more than the gun using public.

Thank you CCFR. Money talks with government. People don’t give up. Keep talking about it. And keep supporting the industry. (Keep buying guns)

In my last s74 appearance (pretrial a few days ago), the counsel for AGC mentioned they are seeking to dismiss one of the applications due to filing after the 30 day limitation.

The legal clock for 30 days hasn’t even started yet, until they send everyone a registered letter stating their certificates have been ‘revoked’ and a detailed step by step process on how to file an s74 hearing there is no 30 day clock.

this,

the 30 day portion comes after the part stating what information is required. Cant pick and choose the lines of the bill to follow. A judge should see through that

How can the AGC claim the 30 day limit was passed while they state the RoF's letter was not a revocation?

That would be an easy one to get past. Can't suck and blow at the same time.

Bahahaha every laugh at this clown. He spent hundreds on a license only to vote for a party that hates him. Clown world i tell ya bahahaha...

You do realize not everyone is a one issue voter, right? Firearms aren't the be-all and end-all of some folks' lives. Seems to me like you're the one wearing the clownshoes based on this comment, buddy.

Regardless of Liberal party's stance on guns, I don't see how people could vote for them given all the scandals, incompetence, and all they've done to run this country into the ground. The choices they've made the past 5 years have saddled the young with debt and done them immeasurable harm.

"Scandals, incompetence, and all they've done to run this country into the ground" can apply to Harper's government too. Anyway, marijuana legalization and electoral reform promises, among other things, attracted a lot of people. I almost voted for them back in 2015 myself. I feel silly looking back now, but let's not pretend like there aren't legitimate reasons to vote Liberal. Everyone has a different hierarchy of values. To call someone a clown for voting based on theirs is one of the most clown things I can imagine.
