There is something coming that addresses the chassis as you mention. The original chassis became what it is through many modifications and very direct input from Tier 1 SF groups that were active in Afghanistan. They wanted light, compact, strong and simple. They were adjustable, but not full of delicate, complicated mechanisms that are prone to failure. Durable and simple gets the mission done.
I've got a Coyote folder with a 17" barrel or there about, it is just over the 26" length folded, but it's FDE.
Are you able/willing to elaborate at this time? I am back and forth between a PGW Coyote and a Cadex offering purchase in the coming months; really curious about your chassis statement and a timeline if available.
I would trade everything i own for one of those.

PGW C14 MRSWS "Timberwolf" in 338 Lapua, Topped with a Arken 6-24x50
Well I have been in contact with PGWDTI to secure one of the last Timberwolves they will make. Only downside is that they only have the MDT chassis which I have zero interest in. So if there is anyone out there with an original chassis in any colour or a Macmillan stock in the original green camo circa 2007 I would trade straight up the MDT LSS-XL chassis for it.
Pretty sure the OG tan coyote chassis won't fit the Timberwolf huh... otherwise I would bite.
Does anyone have a photos of a stock (their own) PGW timberwolf in the cadpat camo version?
