SOLD OUT: TYPE 81 SPECIAL EDITION -Shipment 2-

i know they are busy but almost 3 weeks to ship just a rifle an no accessories is pretty lame, maybe my miss type postal code sent me back in the queue but damn.

TheMouser and a couple other scalpers were so dumb they actually bragged about using CGN to make profit from re-selling then got hammered lol

Got hammered how? They can sell at their cost anytime.

They just have to hold the rifles for 2 months and the prices are back up again at 1,700 or higher with spring coming. Next batch is end of spring and who knows when that will be.

When I got my shipping notification, it said it was coming by the day end Jan 20th (I am in Ontario) but the package was in the same status as your package was item processed in Calgary shipped out on the 18th. Its not physically possible for the truck to come from Calgary to Ontario in 2 days. Standard truck takes 5 days from western to Ontario, add processing time, maybe another day or 2. I received my package on the 26th.

I suspect, its their Mississauga location creating the shipping label which fooled the CP system to thinking the shipment was coming from Mississauga, "hence the 4 missed delivery dates"

Ok the "Mississauga location creating the shipping label" aspect makes sense, good point. BUT, with that being said, A parcel sent on the 12th (or around there), from Calgary, SHOULD be in Eastern Ontario by now.

I guess I'll be patient

Your posts don't make sense.

There is 12 fixed stock and 4 folders on gun post and that’s just right now most likely more, some even sold today. There plenty of sellers, what’s not too get lmfao. I also said hope ppl would wait until next shipment. Still confused? lmao

I’m in the exact same boat as you if it offers you any consolation. My order was shipped on the 21st, was allegedly supposed to get here on the 24th and has just been stuck at “item delayed” since. I’m giving it another week before I start to worry about it

I'm sure your cheque/guns are in the mail.
I received my order earlier this week and everything was good T.I. probably just overloaded C.P. they are not use to lifting packages that heavy.

So I'm curious how many people got type 81s with crooked barrels. I saw that some of the original folder had it but I recieved my fixed stock the other day and it's bad. I have the windage maxed out on my kobra optic just to account for it. Really sucks to because the t post reticle is partially obscured in the sight since the windage is so far to the right.

shim the side plate a bit

or sell it and find a straighter one.

using the irons on a "bent" rifle still hits target

Should contact Tactical Imports... they supposedly have a measuring procedure now that u can follow and an exchange tolerance if ur Type 81 falls outside of that. This is the rumor ive heard anyways.

What is the average accuracy with type 81s using factory ammo, personally the best i got so far is just over 3 inch groups with Barnaul hp ammo

If you want accuracy you bought the wrong gun.. these are designed to hit a man size target lol. not shoot dimes at 200..

my original import is fine enough to pop off tannerite at 150sh with ease though
