guys i do not know the b s with cp but the parcel like in the past from tactical arrived here in whitehorse with no indication from cp ... so it is more hit and miss i will say.

mine did travel from calgary not edmonton.

UPDATE: Called CanadaPost - All the (actually understanding) lady on the other end could do was ship off a service ticket and contact the Depot to speed up the process and it "should arrive by next Friday, but if it doesn't, we'll contact you with the next steps". Yeesh. Maybe Tactical Imports should change their name to "Flower Power Super Love Products" so these things don't get dinged or held! :)

Can anyone advise what I should do? The package was sent on the 12th from TI, it was supposed to be delivered 6 days later. Then it became "delayed" (instantly I knew it's something to do with it being a firearm, or just crappy CP service), and then it was supposed to be delivered the 24th..... and now it's been in "transit" for ages, past the 24th deadline etc. (in any other instance, I would be getting a refund for shipping, had I been the sender, because this is getting ridiculous from the CP end.... not blaming TI for this)

Also don't understand the "origin: mississauga" vs "Item coming from Calgary"

Should I be calling Canada Post and sitting on the line for 2 hours? Should I be waiting?

I am receiving the same info from Canada post. No scans since the 21st. Two missed expected delivery dates. Will they send them back to TI?

I have never run into an issue like this before - seems like they are sitting on them?

Yea, I don't want to be a "tinfoil hat" guy, but I suspect they're doing it on purpose, knowing exactly what's in the box. (I've never had this with a private sale in the past - where the box and contents were vague, or any other parcels sent this winter yet)
 
Canada Post is pretty well known for their mysterious unexplained delays likely resulting from high volumes and staff shortages (coronavirus). It's very common for a package to not be scanned for days / miss delivery dates these days

When I got my shipping notification, it said it was coming by the day end Jan 20th (I am in Ontario) but the package was in the same status as your package was item processed in Calgary shipped out on the 18th. Its not physically possible for the truck to come from Calgary to Ontario in 2 days. Standard truck takes 5 days from western to Ontario, add processing time, maybe another day or 2. I received my package on the 26th.

I suspect, its their Mississauga location creating the shipping label which fooled the CP system to thinking the shipment was coming from Mississauga, "hence the 4 missed delivery dates"

CP packages will often disappear for days at a time then show up again.

Example is all my CP parcels go through RIchmond BC. Sometimes they get stuck in the RIchmond vortex for days and then boom the parcel has shipped to, been processed at my home PO and it's ready for pickup, all within 10 minutes.
 
I like how so many haven’t even received there package and already its flooded with sellers, by the 3rd or 4th shipment it will be a return of 2018 -2019 and available at your lgs, I even got a free extra mag. Hopefully ppl have patience and don’t buy off scalpers, always someone getting there panties in a bunch when they think they will miss out.

Typical for a folder, the fixed are a bit better. Different production line I guess.

Nothing which can't be fixed with some sweat.

Where are all the sellers? I could only see two on the EE with two others looking to trade theirs for a different variant.

I’d like to see if I could pick up a folder.

TheMouser and a couple other scalpers were so dumb they actually bragged about using CGN to make profit from re-selling then got hammered lol

Mate if you were claiming you bought 10 then multiple made more sales posts as a joke then well fair play I'm smiling at it now out of schadenfreude but in both cases you played a selfish stupid game and won a stupid prize.
