You are freaking unbelievable - if you need the gun tomorrow, just ask for rush service. CanAm did offer rush service for guys who want the Grizzly 870 under Christmas trees. And he is nice enough to throw in extra pistol grip for free for every one - on top of free shipping!
Rush service was not an option given. I was not notified of how my gun was shipped until after it was sent.
All I wanted was better communication, not my gun delivered to my door yesterday.
If he was so backed up with orders that he could not reply to e-mails or voice mails - all he had to do was post something on his website stating that he was overwhelmed and was back logged.
I am reasonable but also a paying customer and that must be given some consideration that once you take someone's money, you cannot ignore them when they have legitimate concerns.
I am not going to beat a dead horse anymore - I feel that I have explained myself enough already as to why I am unhappy with Canada Ammo's customer service.
