I called SFRC when my notice was approved and they told me I didn't have to. They reported only Alberta's CFO was asking people to call their retailers, Ontario was still notifying them of approvals

How do you get set up to receive the email directly from the CFO?

All of my previous purchases (Pre-Madness) I only received notification from the store, that it was approved and shipped?

2 of my 6 pending transfers should be coming up somewhat soon as they are 5902***, with the rest being later this year or later next year, it would be nice to have more reliability then waiting on the 6 different dealers to let me know.

I did send the CFO an email, asking to have them email me, but that was 2 weeks ago with no response.

I bought from Ellwood on June 2nd in the morning, and my transfer was initialed on June 2 based on their email to me, my number is 59023XX, would you mind letting me know one more digit, this is to align the spreadsheet better. As somewhere between my number and yours is june 2 to june 3rd.

I understand that the sheer number of transfers is unprecidented, however they should have no problem completing 1000/day to people who ALREADY OWN RESTRICTED FIREARMS.

59023XX was the one from Epps, I ordered it at about 6:00 PM so not surprising that it was initiated on the 3rd.

I jumped on the bandwagon too late in the game. 43,000 more to go to my June 20th number.

My Quebec Aug 2nd one Is still 78,000 away.

Is the number to call 1-800-791-4000, and option 1,4,2? After 30+ attempts and multiple disconnects, I was finally able to speak with a very nice agent. I actually called to let her know that at the time when I made my purchases, I put a certain range as the range I intend to join. However I'm having second thoughts and is now researching a couple other. She was able to put a note on file for me about that and put my email on file so that I'll get a confirmation email once my firearms gets approved. She told me she's not CFO but the 1,4,2 option is for transfer of restricted firearms. So I'm just wondering if there's a different number to call/option to select.

I also inquired about the wait times are and I was just told that back in the summer it's about 8-9 weeks but no idea how it is now.

When purchasing a restricted firearm in Ontario you do not need to supply a range membership. You can thank CGN member - Cyclone for that. Depending on when your registration went through you could be waiting till this time next year or longer. If you go back a few pages on this thread and look at the chart the Wolf has be compiling your estimate will be there.
 
Transfer started today ref number 60323XX will update in a year or so when it’s completed lol. Was just happy to find a 22 cal pistol, what with the cost of handgun ammo and lord knows if they start banning import of common pistol ammo next… ugh the current GUV rots.

I can keep reducing wait time, if CFO works at the rate they processed over last few days :) By the way there is second tab there with all transfers of 2022 (upto July 19) if you want to see what was before crazy times.
 
Purchased June 2nd, transfer initiated June 3rd, Reference 5903### and just received the transfer today!! My first restricted too!
