Sorry guys, but am I to understand that the CFO is prioritizing B to P over P to P?

From what I understand yes. And rightly so. B to P you pay tax. P to P you don’t. Essentially P to P is being done for free.

I would reach out to the CFO. That’s July 4th initiation date, that’s lagging quite a bit.

No they don't do batch transfers.

I would assume there are more B2B, but due to the way they are handling the transfers (1 person on P2P and 2 persons on B2P) the P2P have fallen behind.

Since P2P had issues calling in transfers, June 20th would have been around the time people were mailing in the transfer forms.
So it's possible that the number of P2P spiked around June 20th and the P2P employee is no longer able to keep up with B2B whose spike was earlier in the month.

The CFO told me that the P2P person would work until transfers for the day were cleared and would then switch to B2P until it was complete. I suspect the reverse is not true, that the B2P people are not switching to P2P when their daily backlog is cleared.
