A Husqvarna fit for a king?

We went to pick up an old strip of broken snowmobile track to fasten onto David’s loading ramp so he could get his new Skidoo to climb into the truck without skidding out before reaching the top.

Neat how often we end up using salvaged pieces of old and broken down equipment to be able use expensive new stuff more easily.

Ended up visiting for an hour, everything from guitars to live traps for bears!

I have an oddball but really nice HVA commercial 96 in 8x57, I'll try and get some pics up. Has a dark walnut stock, action has been all smoothed up and polished everywhere the bolt rides, looks like new 70 years later, has a silver plate with someone's initials and a date.
No idea who it was made for, but it's different from the regular Beech stock offerings

Not a big HVA fan but I couldn’t pass this one up. 30/06.

Bolt knobs like that were popular on hunting rifles in Sweden. Supposed to be great for cycling the action while wearing gloves or mitts.
