Raven 9mm by Lockhart Tactical or Kriss Vector?

Thanks and don’t hold back with any pos or neg aspects ammo etc.
7lb 5oz is nice. I’m 9lb 9oz Vector CRB extended rail and 510c so ya a little jealous ;-)

Well I received my raven 9 from Lockhart today. Very well built. Great tolerances. The left hand mag release button was a little hard to push so I shortened the spring and now it's pretty good. Now to see if it's reliable. I'll get back to you.

Looks good!

Is that a Triggertech trigger?! Excellent choice for the optic.

Well took the raven out to the range. Shoots real nice. It has some feeding issues with my hollow point reloads though probably cause they are loaded real short for my CZ. The round nose factory someone had worked flawlessly. It's also pretty accurate too. Here's a pic of the target from 25 yards.20230101_141649.jpg

Yes I got to see and shoot the Raven.
This is a sweet carbine!
Felt solid and precise chambering rounds!
Ambi controls are smooth! Love the trigger finger mag release.
Couple mags were slightly bulged so they were sticky to fall free but did.
Shoots real nice, lightweight tight no rattle loosely going on!
I was impressed! cars didn’t want to trade for my Vector lol don’t blame him!
And that Factory Ammo it was eating easily was Scorpion CrappO don’t buy it!
If we had a Conservative Government I’d be all over one!!
Thanks Cars!!

Don't let that stop you. Life's too short, buy what you want and enjoy.

Looks pretty good so far.... :)
Keep us posted if you run into any issues.

This product seems compelling, though the price point seems a tad steep given comparisons to other PCCs in its class, the Kriss Vector notwithstanding.

I don't have any experience or foreknowledge with Lockhart Tactical, but it does seem to have a bit of a negative reputation, which may be a red flag insofar as possible post-sales support/warranty fulfillment.

It is certainly nice to have more products in this space/platform, with the K9 and also the upcoming S&W FPC on tap.

The tool-less takedown of the Raven is certainly a big plus here.

I think they're all pretty steep for what they are: One of the most primitive types of semi automatic firearm action ever designed. And so many of them come with known issues, it should be embarrassing. But high demand means that manufacturers will sell as many as they can, for as much as they can, regardless. At least the Kriss Vector has a more refined type of action, and a reputation for reliability and good QC.

I'm hoping that refinements to this class of firearm are on the horizon, but that's probably wishful thinking.
