Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

And when we figure out who got and what was the last Hand Gun in Canada.
We could start a (go fund me) and get that person a Henry Truckers tribute gun.

all of these 6006###'s getting approved and me sitting here with my 60053xx wondering if I have been forgotten! This thread has been a double edged sword. Its both a blessing to see when you may be soon and a tear jerker when you dont hit the Q with everyone else.
 
Watching this thread like a hawk every day for months. Big thanks to the managers. Up to now it did not seem worth checking on my first transfer number coming up but it must be on the horizon soon, I bought a restricted at the Switzer sale last day of August (31). Never bothered to call Switzer or the CFO for a transfer no# B to P Ont. because it did not seem to be worth the effort. But now as it should be getting closer by date (Aug 20?) I am wondering if anyone else actually did ask for an Ontario Transfer no# from that sale and if they would give me a ball park no# of what I should be looking for in the 6###### range ........thanks Fitz

You can call or email the CFO for your reference number. I was just approved for a transfer without a reference number, TI never gave it to me. But the date on the chart was dead on (purchased Aug 20th)

Email Switzers and they'll give you the reference #. Initially they weren't giving people reference numbers (I was told they were asked by the CFC to not give out reference numbers because of the huge volume of calls to the CFC asking "is my transfer done yet?", etc.). After the freeze went into effect, I emailed Switzers about one I had coming and they were happy to give me the reference number.

Thats great news I have 2 more to go. Thanks to everyone for keeping this important thread updated. The one I am most interested in is the BCL PX19 Foxbat. I cant wait for that one.

So this is the second one that I did not get notified by a CFO email.

Election Day we need a Change.
 
Seems to be a slow day on the approval front. Think the RCMP firearms web site is having issues. Tried to get on to check my IWS but puts me in a loop between login and choose language.
