QUOTE=brybenn;19526306]Not feeling the love here boys. I am easily distracted though so there's lots of chances for someone else to take the title
I see this event is being advertised on the CCFR Facebook page.
I guess one needs facebook to see whats up…

Not just FB. It's a private group so you have to be a member of that group to see it.
Yes, I guess it is a closed group. Anyway, I just went pretty far back into the depths of the CCFR page to see the number of 'likes' as of this afternoon (the post had 68 this morning), and although FB can be tricky that way I think the post in question has now been deleted.
I will be there!
Derek
What a great event. Sadly I will not be able to attend this year due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict.
That said, Canvasback is going to bring my favorite gun in my collection......the 1924 Fox HE Grade "Super Fox" 3" classic duck cannon. This gun is in fantastic restored condition courtesy of Chris Dawe at Stillwater in NFLD, though it has been hunted with very hard in all weather since the completion of the restoration. For those of you interested in the "big doubles" this one is a beauty and it shoots as good as it looks.
He may also bring my light custom vintage 16 gauge A Grade Fox, another hunting piece, also courtesy of Mr. Dawe.
I am going to keep some of the other special guns hidden until next year when I will hopefully be back with my 2 Purdey's. A 12 gauge 2 barrel set in its original makers case and an spectacular 1873 bar in wood 20 bore hammer gun that is currently in restoration at an undisclosed location.......

Adam, you will be missed, as will Wally. Always happy to load more nice guns into the vehicle. But at least I know you will be having a terrible time at your conflicting event!![]()
