Favorite 16 gauge shotguns

My current favourite is a Citori Feather Lightening in 16 that I bought from Prophet River about 10 years ago. Picked up a Winchester 37a 16 single this week from #######, new in the box unfired. Should be in later this week. I would also like to add a pump to the collection at some point. Probably an Ithaca 37 or model 12. Here is a picture of the Citori from today:

Taws an old berd shewtzgun gaugy in 16 and aawl the old kewtzs come owt.

Browning Sweet 16 should be in order.

I too have been looking for a 16 bore Model 37 choked IMP CYL. Closest I have come to it is a 26" barreled 37 16 bore choked MOD. I shortened a 28" FULL to 26" and it is of course CYL. The CYL bore is a darn good grouse gun.

I relented and bought an older BPS 20ga with 26" fixed IC bbl. I like those with the tang safety.

I'm not sure the BPS is for me for bird hunting. I like the Browning overall but the SxS 20ga has been my go to for a long time and is more natural for bird hunting.

I give it a shot this year and next and see. They have offered a 22' bbl for those. I'd like to handle one of those.
 
I have three M12s, two full choke and another that is modified with a rib.

Also a new production M37 with choke tubes. Great for ducks running steel.

I don't seem to be using a 12 ga much at all, as have 20 and 28 as well.
 
Obviously had too much time on my hand last night... and was browsing GI, just to see what kind of deals our neighbors down South could get... and stumble upon this cute little thing
