What does it do, that a dozen other ancient and existing 22 cartridges don't do already? Pad that up with handloading, which most of that market does already, and the answer is nothing.
The idea isn't that info doesn't have an application, because obviously it does. The issue is when the info becomes the application, as opposed to actually going and doing something.

I really don't see how this round means people don't actually do something either. Just a different tool to do those things with.
