PSA won't make NR length barrels themselves? If they are anything like the bren2 conversions it's not even going to be worth it at that price for the nr tax.

Anyway DLASK can just send the Canadian compliant barrels down and supply them so no conversion needed?

So will the uppers sans barrel be sent up to Canada and the 18.5 inch barrels installed here to keep the rifles NR status?

Or will they be need to be changed from NR to R, and then back from R to NR when the 18.5 inch barrel is installed?

Don't care about an ar180 clone that looks like something from the 60's. I want a modernized version and correct ergonomics that can replace the a r in the oic jail. Something that can do high round count with reliability and durability, and have a min. Accuracy of 10round 2.5moa with good ball ammo

I don't understand why this is necessary tbh, PSA already makes 18.5" and 20" barrels, and 16" JAKL uppers. IF they are going out of their way to make custom lower receivers, and modifying their JAKL uppers to fit this custom lower receiver, why not go the extra length and put their 18.5 or 20 barrels into the same monoblock upper receiver that they use for the 16" JAKL? Something doesn't add up.
