10mm has gone the way of the DODO!

Not a chance NAA!:)

I have a G20 & 2 Delta's.

I love the Glock and would pick it above all others if I had to stake my life on it. I've never had a ftf/fte with it.

But.....

For range use, comfort, feel, accuracy, etc. the Delta's get the nod every time!:D

Well, that's kinda good to know.... But still I'd like to fire the G20 +/or G21 Glocks. I've always found them a tad big for my hands although they aren't exactly on the small side. It's a comfort thing as I'm well used to a Glock 22.... :)

I may be in line for another one as well.

Better scoop them up before the lieberals put a limit on how many 10mm's we can own. They might consider it too much cartridge to be chambered in a handgun!:runaway::p

Geez, when a guy has an original Bren 10 the Delta must just seem so blasse......................

I loved my S&W 1007 10mm. but I couldn't find any more mags for it.
Sportsman guide in St. Paul have a few kinds of ammo for it, including Hornady T.A.P. ammo.
I was kinda in disbelief when I read thay the 10mm has more power than the.357 mag. all the books show it's a fact.
The S&W 10mm doesn't have as much kick as my 1911 .45.. it really is a nice gun to shoot. I'dd like to find a 10mm conversion for my 1911.

Bye the way Sportsman Guide have .400 core bond barrels for the 1911,
Cheap!

1006?

What balderdash. Where have you been? 9mm Glocks are damned near indestructible. 50,000 though mine and it's like brand new.

I can only make comment on things I have seen personally. (Otherwise it's just speculation based on hearsay, right?).

In 20+ years of shooting, in military, law enforcement, and a personal hobby that has included new, used, and well-used milsurp firearms, and handguns manufactured by CZ, Ruger, S&W, Inglis (BHP), Norincrap, SigSauer and Springfield (XD), the ONLY firearm I have ever PERSONALLY seen blow up was a G17, loaded with factory FMJ.

I am glad that your pistol has been reliable. That doesn't mean they all are.

Have a super day!

Neal

I once had a nice S&W 1066 with nite sites. Next to the Delta it was a pretty cool 10mm. Very accurate. And the weight of the stainless steel dampened the recoil somewhat, too.

Yea it's a nice gun. the only thing I wish were different is the grips were a little to thin for me. My old S&W 659 (I believe) had a double stack mag & a nice feel on the grips. even my 1911 has a nice feel.

I have a 1026

oh wow! so I can spend 1000 bucks for a boring ####ing colt?

it doesn't have a beaver tail?
it doesn't have any improvements at all? it isn't special in any way?

sweeet!

no thanks.

maybe a para or wilson or something. I'm never spending a dollar on some overpriced bottom barrel colt unless it's 100 years old like mine.

colt offers nothing and innovates nothing.
