The SIG Sauer P320 Has Never Been Good

Anyone mentioned this yet? Sig lobbied to change state laws to try to make their company immune to lawsuits..
This and the change to their p320 user manual pretty clearly shows they are trying to protect themselves from the problem.

ya, big mistake on the court's part.I am not for the idea of suing a manufacturer if a gun is used in a crime, but I am for suing if the crime is making a bad gun that kills when it shouldnt

Where are the P320 barrel lickers now? Lol

Crazy how hard some will defend a company just because they own their product. Sure, yours might work for your application, but I sure as #### wouldn’t be carrying one for any sort of duty.

Uh oh, Ron Cohen and whatever US general was in charge of the M17/M18 procurement process have some 'splainin to do. Hopefully in front of Congress.

This was in the Gunsite newsletter today, if anybody still trains down in Arizona.

People kinda need to look at this through a liability and risk of lawsuit perspective.

It doesn't matter if the pistol is faulty or it is just a perception, IF someone gets injured and decides to file a lawsuit, no matter how frivolous it is, it drains time and money, especially in the US where litigation is much more common and a lot of law suits are downright stupid.

It is almost zero cost to avoid problems, unless the main cliente with a large contract is using the particular product.

Exactly. I don't get it either. People are so loyal to companies for which THEY paid for products with THEIR hard-earned money! Companies don't even have to try anymore with the "shut up and take my money" crowd, and it's a race to the bottom in terms of quality, service, expectation, and value.

I see that even the r/sigsauer reddit page finally has a megathread about it, after a year of outright banning anyone who brought any 320 issues up.

There's only a link to the r/p320 megathread on r/sigsaeur, anyone who makes a negative p320 post on r/sigsauer still gets the banhammer. I'm amazed that they're even linking that megathread, guess Sig doesn't control the r/p320 sub and accepted that they couldn't put the cat back in the bag.
As an owner of a p320 x5 legion I'm pretty fkn disappointed in Sig. Wish I had gone Glock instead...

Forgotten Weapons has yet another new video out on it. As he says, there's something wrong with the 320, but it's doubtful even Sig knows exactly what that is. The market is ruined for the 320 now, people will never let this drop, so best to try, somehow, to move on. As he also says, can Sig afford to make this right?
