Because .gov plans to ban it regardless of what you do to it. Are you new here? That's amazing. You must be a fortune teller. Do tell how you are sure of this??

No it isn’t.This is stupid.
If it can be converted to fire semi auto, than its ability for it to fire semi auto already exists. That’s not the issue here.
The Renegade is not an AR-15 variant because of the inability for it to fire semi-auto. Once you manufacture the receiver to fire semi-auto, it’s far more of an AR-15 variant than the Mossberg 715t.
The semi-auto version will be what’s banned, but it also then puts the bolt action versions at risk depending how easily the work on the receiver is proven to be.If it can be converted to fire semi auto, than its ability for it to fire semi auto already exists.
Were AR15s ever banned because of their ability to be converted to full auto? The semi-auto version will be what’s banned, but it also then puts the bolt action versions at risk depending how easily the work on the receiver is proven to be.
Feel free to explain how a semi-auto MRA Renegade is not an AR-15 variant, considering the Mossberg 715t is considered one. Were AR15s ever banned because of their ability to be converted to full auto?
Just answer my question that was built on your logic.Feel free to explain how a semi-auto MRA Renegade is not an AR-15 variant, considering the Mossberg 715t is considered one.
You’re completely misunderstanding what would make a semi-auto Renegade prohibited.Just answer my question that was built on your logic.
Also, lol if you think the 715t was actually considered a variant vs it just looked scary and the ban groups had a direct line of communication with the SFSS et al.
I imagine, that we all know, that a gas system is not even required.Once you machine the receiver, install a gas system, you’ve now nullified that argument.
Why bother involving the RCMP? You think there’s a special reward for boot-lickers?You’re completely misunderstanding what would make a semi-auto Renegade prohibited.
MRA was able to get a non-restricted status by showing it is not semiauto, and therefore is a different design to the AR-15.
Once you machine the receiver, install a gas system, you’ve now nullified that argument.
Go buy one and machine it and have the RCMP give you their FRT opinion![]()
You can’t avoid them. Especially when a company is publicly providing the service. Why bother involving the RCMP? You think there’s a special reward for boot-lickers?
I am 100% certain of this because I have been a gun owner for more than 10 minutes. I've been through multiple bans over decades of gun ownership. I also pay attention to the people in govt and who push the bans and they have openly said that they want all guns banned in Canada. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to take them at their word. That's amazing. You must be a fortune teller. Do tell how you are sure of this??
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ............ You may want to consider the two conversions below and then rethink your argument? If it can be converted to fire semi auto, than its ability for it to fire semi auto already exists.
The fun way to burn a tonne of ammo and still not hit the target.WTF, I'm pro full-auto.
The gun control folks can go sit on a serrated phallus. For now.
What do you think the gun control people's take will be on this?
And before anyone gets pissy, I don't mind what people do around this and I am always happy to have more options but you don't have to look too hard to see that any semi auto in Canada is in a precarious place.
....and rotate! The gun control folks can go sit on a serrated phallus.
