Yes I do like a single shot shotgun. I've had two for sometime now. Both are first year Winchester Model 37's. The first year had the pig-tail opening lever and the barrel was marked FULL apposed to subsequent models marked CHOKE. There's other differences with the first year but these are the two most obvious. One of them is as close to new as it gets and the other has been used but very well cared for. The roll stamp "Steel Built" means, aside from the stock, the gun is all steel with no plastic or aluminum or alloy parts. There's beauty in simplicity
