The 375 Ruger

It is a video from Outdoor Life about the Mossberg 375 Ruger rifle. It's an appropriate addition to a thread about the 375 Ruger.

comprenez vous?

Worked for a hunting supply wholesaler when I was young, one year 1/2 the Mossberg rifles we sold came back on warranty, a big part of my job was shipping Mossberg rifles out for warranty repair, never really wanted one of their rifles since.

Never had a desire for a Modsberg rifle either, but maybe they have improved their QC? Be nice to get some independant reviews on it.

I do have a Mossberg pump shotgun that I've owned for almost 30 years. It's been all over BC and some of Yukon and has shot thousands and thousands of rounds and been treated rough. It still works great. Not bad for $175 or so that I paid. :)

Not much of a lever gun guy, but I could learn to like that! :)

Nobody: "What do you need a .375 Ruger for in North Texas?"

Me: "Huh? I don't understand the question."

I got this new Alaskan a while back at a significant discount. It's slowly getting ready for the range, and then who knows what. Probably some hapless, skinny Texas whitetail. I wasn't expecting to put a Vortex on the rifle, but PSA had a fantastic deal on it. One step closer to ready that much sooner.

I am hoping to explore cast loads for it some day, but right now I'm going to have to borrow a buddy's reloading room because all of my stuff is in storage. At least I have components.
