Not really greasy…they very clearly state it when trying to make the order. That’s upfront and transparent. Have bought from them on many occasions and had good experiences.thats greasy, what dealer is it so I can never spend a cent there.
The video i watched by M.A.C. show it does. Which is why I am curious how it wasnt auto-banned. I thought new semi's had to have proprietary mags where a >5rnd mag didnt exist?. Unless makasi is making a canadian versionBullseye does it or does it not come with STANAG magwell?
It's not new. It's a few years old and designed before that rule came into effect. The video i watched by M.A.C. show it does. Which is why I am curious how it wasnt auto-banned. When other dealers are only making you pay a small deposit and allowing for a full refund at any time that is a greasy move. Not really greasy…they very clearly state it when trying to make the order. That’s upfront and transparent. Have bought from them on many occasions and had good experiences.
Bring it on!We will be posting some more online very shortly.
You say this like compensation is required and fairness matters. Neither are a factor and the libs have already been clear on this. That seems unlikely to me (at least in the near future).
Since the buyback program is now closed... How would owners be compensated for these or any other rifles that get imported in the future that they don't like?
This rifle has been available in the US for years and every review I’ve read down there says it’s a solid gun. Only thing about it that’s different for us is barrel length, it’s still made in the states. I don’t think that’s really a fair assessment on your part.Reading description of this rifle where it says made "Exclusively for Canada" you know its gonna have tons of issues just like anything made by Crusader Arms and Blackcreek labs, completely overpriced junk with serious safety issues.
The gun industry here is broken beyond fixing imo.
Me three ,I keep missing out. Another retailer had pre-order but had to pay full and if the makasi mk-15 gets banned your refund is store credit , so hoping bullseye can get more.
Ya brother that is a tough one .Can't believe anyone would sign up under those conditions....
I doubt putting on a 18.5” barrel will induce many problems that didn’t exist with a 16” barrel.Reading description of this rifle where it says made "Exclusively for Canada" you know its gonna have tons of issues just like anything made by Crusader Arms and Blackcreek labs, completely overpriced junk with serious safety issues.

WTF is up with the totally unwarranted negativity concerning this new (to Canada) rifle? The Makasi rifle is solid - just watch any of the Youtube video reviews over the past 2 years that the rifle has been on the US market - it is reliable and reasonably (2.5 MOA) accurate with bulk ammo. Moreover, it has the styling, STANAG Magazine compatibilty and function desired by Canadian sport shooters. So what's not to like? It is made in the USA, from US-sourced parts so comparisons to BCL and Crusader Arms are undeserved. Don't be a negative putz sewing discontent just because you can. This forum expects and deserves better.Reading description of this rifle where it says made "Exclusively for Canada" you know its gonna have tons of issues just like anything made by Crusader Arms and Blackcreek labs, completely overpriced junk with serious safety issues.

And they fixed it with a refund. Thanks much Bullseye North!I preordered as well, and it also charged me the full amount rather than just the deposit.
