The video i watched by M.A.C. show it does. Which is why I am curious how it wasnt auto-banned. I thought new semi's had to have proprietary mags where a >5rnd mag didnt exist?. Unless makasi is making a canadian version 🤷‍♂️

When other dealers are only making you pay a small deposit and allowing for a full refund at any time that is a greasy move.
But sure...you go ahead and put your full amount down.
 
If you do a google search on Makasi MK-15, you will see multiple Canadian vendors are taking deposits on this rifle. Just a FYI in case Bullseye sold out their pre-orders.

You say this like compensation is required and fairness matters. Neither are a factor and the libs have already been clear on this.
 
Reading description of this rifle where it says made "Exclusively for Canada" you know its gonna have tons of issues just like anything made by Crusader Arms and Blackcreek labs, completely overpriced junk with serious safety issues.
The gun industry here is broken beyond fixing imo.

This rifle has been available in the US for years and every review I’ve read down there says it’s a solid gun. Only thing about it that’s different for us is barrel length, it’s still made in the states. I don’t think that’s really a fair assessment on your part.

I doubt putting on a 18.5” barrel will induce many problems that didn’t exist with a 16” barrel.

WTF is up with the totally unwarranted negativity concerning this new (to Canada) rifle? The Makasi rifle is solid - just watch any of the Youtube video reviews over the past 2 years that the rifle has been on the US market - it is reliable and reasonably (2.5 MOA) accurate with bulk ammo. Moreover, it has the styling, STANAG Magazine compatibilty and function desired by Canadian sport shooters. So what's not to like? It is made in the USA, from US-sourced parts so comparisons to BCL and Crusader Arms are undeserved. Don't be a negative putz sewing discontent just because you can. This forum expects and deserves better.
