He's just desperate for attention and is personally invested in making this shotgun somehow a negative. Everyone knew what they were getting prior to ordering. The fact is, it's aesthetically and functionally superior to the firearm it is emulating, lol. AND THEN SAYS ITS ILLEGAL!!! LOLTI hasn’t made anyone buy anything. Some people, myself included, are happy to own this clone.

The firearm is severely flawed but it still went up for sale because the 250-500% profit margins on this crap is a higher priority then actually solving the root problems.
Quality doesn't matter as long as it sells out instantly then you have your boost in capital so you can do the same thing over and over again.
Businesses preying on the desperate and acting like they are doing everyone a favor in the process really highlights arrogance and greed.
I want the market flooded with QUALITY FIREARMS instead of all of this pot metal caveman built bull#### we are expected to be so grateful for while we are in this crappy overall government situation.

I just bought my wife a japscrap toyota tacoma for $70,000. That's more than I paid for my first house, and the goddamn thing doesn't even have a GPS unless you pay a subscription. I took it into town at $2 a liter, bought 12 items at the grocery store for $130, then stopped by to pay the mechanic for the rat damage to the knock sensors on my F-150.....$2000 repair because FORD put the sensors inside the engine, but "Quality is job One" they say....
Everything sucks. That's the reality of a hyper-inflation socialist society. In the face of all that, $1K for a shotgun that both the conservatives AND liberals wanted banned is a deal and steal. As I said I'll buy a second one. I just reserved 3 Carmel rifles at the local shop, if those ever come in, and I'll be happy to have them.
It is what it is. I think the point was there's no need to come into a new gun thread and crap all over it no matter what you think of the production quality (which I happen to agree with you on all points, you did miss "low IQ" but caveman covers it). Sure I want "quality", but when someone slaps a "quality" sticker on something, the price skyrockets. Just saying, maybe with all this DIY feedback the prices will stay low. Personally, I want the turkish semi auto M60A1, so don't jinx it.
Almost 72h hours since first email. Still no reply from Ti. You would assume that a non working bolt release qualify for that lifetime warranty... but at this point the radio silence make think I aint gonna like the answer if it ever come.
Well it is Tacom and T.I is holding a big venue there like they usually do so im assuming that is taking precedence right now for them

I do recall seeing something years ago, but the CFP says a lot of things that do not make any legal sense.
Without getting into the whole opinion vs. law debate (as we basically know in Canada anything they say goes), the law states that:
Legally, a magazine for a semi automatic firearm may hold up to 5.9 rounds of centre-fire ammunition.
Several shotguns have commonality when it comes to thread pitch for magazine caps / extensions. Some pump, some semi, etc. By itself, that magazine is completely legal, as it holds under 5.9 rounds of CF ammunition.

Authentic SPAS 12 by Franchi on the used market in USA are upwards of $6000 USD …
Finally got that stupid bolt release semi working. Still have to apply a significant amount of pressure, maybe 25 pound if I had to estimate, but I can get it to closed by squeezing hard.
The root cause is out of spec hole in the machining of the release tab hole, that is causing it to bind and rub on the reciever.
What I did is polish the the tab where it was binding starting at 150 then 240, 320, 400 for maximum smoothness and applying a dab of mobile 1 synthetic grease that a usuallynuse on my garand.
I could have polished the reciever too but I didnt want to mess with it since TI still hasnt, in almost 4 days, replied to me. If im right and they do send the part I want my reciever intact. And if I had mess up the tab, replacing it would had been a simplier process than the reciever.

In pump mode for mine, it locks back on the last round. So I need to use the bolt release button to close the action on the next live round
