Take a bronze 410 or 45 bore brush, stick it in a drill, and polish the crap out of the insides of the chambers. Then oil the chambers heavily before shooting.

I did that (minus the oil), before I went to the range.

I've been oiling the chambers on my XR410 for years, makes a huge difference. Turkish 410s seem to always have too tight chamber tollerances.

I'll try that. The .410 shells stick in my Wife's SR-410 quite often. I had no such issues with either .410 or .45 Colt on my TR-45.

Don’t thinks it’s ammo , it’s one of my cylinders

I’ve had a few of these revolver 410s over the years and every single one of them has has one or more cylinders that were “tighter” then the others and yep you gotta hammer the spent shell out

Are you also getting 50% light primer strikes, or do I have to machine something down, other than a good cleaning and oil, and still having those issues, then advertise it comes with hammer punch. If tolerances are that bad it shouldn’t be released, not blaming TI I blame factory

I wasnt getting any light primer strikes with a different box of 45 colt, and none of the 410 ever light striked.
Have you had light strikes with just 410 ammo?

Nope I never had any issues with light strikes, they all went bang
I don’t have the micro 410 any longer but the Rev arms one I still have doesn’t have light strikes either, it just has tight chambers in it

I know 45colt is obscenely expensive but try a different brand. The Sellier&Bellot ammo i used worked perfectly.

Same with the Federal HammerDown rounds.

Swapped the flip-up sights for a red dot. Looks better in my opinion.Taking it to the range this weekend to zero it and see how it shoots.

I would caution everyone to be carefull not to buy +P 45colt ammo, this gun is barely rated for 410 pressure as is.

Do you have a link for that? I've been looking around and can't find what it's rated for. The online owner's manual from YNG is useless.

It's an aluminum frame 410 with the chamber reamed out for 45 colt and a rifled barrel slapped on. There's been no reinforcement for anything higher than the original 410 round. Believe me, you dont want to exceed 14kpsi.

Oh, and TI mentioned a while back that the TR-45 lacks the reinforced frame of the TR-357.

Frankly i'm not certain the SR-45 is technically rated for 45acp pressure, let alone 45colt+p

The stock can be removed/swapped. Mine functions as it should.

Do be aware that it should be swapped with another fixed stock, like the wood stock i put on mine. If you put a telescoping stock from the standard TR-45, you will be creating a Restricted configuration as the overall length wont be above 26".

Understood. I've done more research.
Don't exceed standard Factory 45 Colt loads!
Luckily enough, 45 Colt at a decent price is hard enough to find. Let alone +P loads.

The only +P I've seen available is Buffalo Bore ammunition.
