It looks like that guy has a slight smile on his face! I agree a hamerless version in 20 or 410 would be great...I just thought to drum up interest by importers the Norinco product would be the way to go....

Well I own an Auto Burglar and would buy one of thoes shotguns in a heart beat,when so many people do not what me to have one thats even more reason to own one.

we could start our own shooting discipline if it would help. I just about bought one at Canadian Tire in Red Deer, so old couple were looking for a triger lock for one. Well made job. I told them it was prohib & what options they had. I think it was dewated. I like it and may get one if restricted. It would get as much work as my 357- not in last 2 years! my .02 AJ
 
I don't think it's useless at all. I think it'd be fun to shoot. I often shoot for fun, this gun would be fun and therefore that is its purpose. Having fun is part of shooting sports. It would have to be cheap, but yeah, I'd buy it.

Anybody who doesn't like it is just scared of recoil ;)

I'd get one so fast it would make Speedy Gonzoles look like Regular Gonzoles

As far as a plinker, it woul be about as useful as the restricted derringers that Questar was bringing in (want one of them too). What I think would be real sweet is if they were external hammered in 410/.45 colt but a 20ga would probably get the most range time
 
the poll results really made me angry until i realized the question was would you buy one rather than should I be allowed to have one. The wording of the poll makes the results understandable. I have shot a single shot 12 guage smoothbore flintlock pistol at the range and its a blast :). It will also put three out of three shots on the standard 20 m slowfire pistol target at 20 m. Not all in the black but all on the paper. I'd sure like to try that double gun out just to see what it would do
