Just received my HK P30L this afternoon. I haven't fired it yet, but I've been admiring its ergonomics. The medium back strap, with large side pannels, is the best fit for my hand. You'll need a 1/16 punch to drift out the roll pin. Being a lefty, the ambidextrous slide release is an outstanding feature. Slide release and safety are all easy to reach. The contoured grips are dreamy, compared to the hateful cheesegrater grips on the USP. Has a slightly cheap feel, like all plastic guns. Bore axis is not as low as I thought it would.
