I've asked that but no one replies. They are $5-$10 mags.
No one wants to sell them cheap here it seems. Like a previous poster said, most likely you will see $40 mags (we hope).
There was one for sale on an american gun auction site that sold for the exact price they are new, in new condition... some low serial number or something.

I didn't believe for a seond that FAL magazines were 5-10 bucks to begin with anyways. Magazine like that may cost that much in the states but welcome to canada....
After some looking i discovered that marstar used to sell them (out of stock) for $35 for 5/20 magazines. I believe marstar as a business more than any opinions expressed in this thread when it comes to prices.
Gonna take a chance anyways and call them to see if there's a slim possibility they actually have them some tucked away for a rainy day.
Gun Broker dot com has one listed with the starting bid at $1,899 (USD of course). That auction expires on March 20th and I'm eager to see what the final bid is.
So, I recall reading that some CGN sponsors were talking about getting some of these into Canada.

I can remember when Castle Armoury (now long gone) in North Van had a promotion going on. They would give you a FREE FN-FAL mag just for coming into the store, you just had to show your FAC. (They would record the number to ensure only one per person)
This was probably about 15 years ago.

Been here my whole life, just born in the wrong generation for getting into the firearm game. So they were giving out FAL magazines 15 years ago... I would have been about 6 years old then (currently 21).
One of the difficult things about this website is the generation gap. I love threads talking about the old pre-FAC days and how you could buy full-auto rifles or how rifles were carried to/kept at school. I can't even imagine either since it happened years, if not decades.... before i was born

Looking around the net, looks like they shipped a few at the end of February. There have been a few for sale in the US sites.
Does anyone know if the final version has the hole at the end of the stock or if they are now all reinforced with that strap going through the hole?
