What about your experiences chump? How is hyping up the experiences of others any different than watching a movie with 'tupperware handguns'

I agree that how you and the gun fit together is a big consideration. I had a 19 for years; it shot fine, was reliable, and aside from one spring replacement I had no issues with it. The thing was that after several years I still wasn't sure if I really liked it or not; it just didn't feel right in my hand.

Finally, I traded it for a Sig 225 last year, which was an excellent trade for me as the Sig fits like a glove, but I still can't shake the feeling that I would like the 19 back. I really don't know why.

I'm not normally a fence sitter but I guess that in addition to the love/hate Glock thing that people have going on there is a category of "not sure".

If they can put a Duramax diesel in it and rig it to tow 15,000 lbs and take the Ford emblems off it, I would.

Bottom line in mind, the Glock is a reliable gun. Seems to be accurate too. When bad things happen, thats what you want.

i doni't own a Glock , but after shooting one a few times , i never would !!..if i wanted to own a pistol made of tupperware, it'd defiantely be an M&P40 !!LOL
 
I actually liked the M&P40 quite a bit. Good ergonomics, comfortable grip, acceptable trigger and accurate enough. A little snappier than I'd like but I too would buy one, if I was in the market for a plastic gun and couldn't afford an HK.

Of course I have a lack of hands on experience in WW2.

Do you have a ton of experience with regards to training and injuries with firearms? Do tell.
