Are you bound by agreement or contract with HERA to sell at MSRP? Given the situation I don't think anyone but the most dedicated whiners would fault you for selling above MSRP here. As you say, you have to make a profit otherwise there is no point being in business.The price I have from Hera-Arms dated 20.03.09, which I think came from Hoffman shows a MSRP of $419.00 US and our cost is 251.05 Euro. That leaves us $46 Canadian dollars to cover the cost of importation and shipping. That makes for a non existent dealer discount and a few pennies for profit which would disappear the first time there was a warranty claim.
Profit is not a dirty word, with no profit we would starve. As I said, this does not look promising right now.
