Ya, that is throwing me off a bit. I noticed screws for the clamp on style, but it says threaded. Not sure if they are aesthetic only or if he makes both.

OK, my first field strip. I have no manual and being used to AR's I (oops) pressed out one of the pins on the receiver, a spring came out and I have no effing clue where it goes. The pin does not stay in its place much, from pictures I believe its the elbow spring? Whats the purpose for it and can any of you please tell me how to put it back in.

Glad you got it in. I find the rear pin that holds the locking piece and its spring is the hardest one to put back.
Wolverine supply can get a factory manual if you really want one. The online one is for the SL8-1, but is almost identical the the SL8-4/5.
Yes I was planning on ordering some accessories for the SL8 off wolverine, I will grab a manual at same time.

Anyone do a trigger job? I find it breaks too heavy... overall I don't feel its right. I blame the trigger for my inconsistent groupings.

Very nice! How long is the barrel and what is the flash-hider on the end? Has anyone ever given you grief over the pictograms for burst and full-auto (I know they are non-functioning)? Also, is the joint welded or bonded?
As you can probably tell, I am very envious of your HK.
