a razor sharp chizel. I have a milling machine and a whole bunch of other tools, but after trying a few different tools, the chisel was the best. I just took my time and stripped a bit at a time, slowly lowering the nub a bit at a time. What I ended up with is a no burr no discoloration finish. If you didn't know it was there you would assume the difference in finish was just from the mags rubbing as it was so slight.

The brake you were looking at may no longer be available. :( I have heard from members on HK pro that its not made by I-E-A.de anymore. I have not had any personal confirmation about it.

The US export laws keep changing, so I am not 100% sure. But in general a rifle part less than $100 and not on the controled items list should be ok to ship here. I don't think that the brake is on the list. However, some places just find it easier not to ship anything here at all. I suggest that you contact the seller and ask him. I have no Idea of the actual quality of his stuff.

Email sent. Crossing fingers! Worst off I can figure somethign out with him, maybe ship to my PObox and pick it up myself next time I go back to the US, will have to check make sure its legal to bring back in Canada.
