You will have to give us all a report on that when you get it back! To bad you didn't try it out first for a fair comparison. I would like that done on mine as well when the $$$ is around(and the better rail and rings)![]()
How is the stock? If you check this link http://forums.1911forum.com/showthread.php?t=232047 the guy said "The finish is very porous and gets dirty very easy. It doesn't clean up well with regular soap and water." Is it true?
Would all the short action mags be the same, or does it need to be specifically for the Precision Carbine?Blued mags should be under $50.

Should be able to get something rolling around 9 to 10lbs depending on the scope weight.

I handled the accustock demo at Lebarons today, Its very solid. I was impressed. Although, I do remember reading somewhere that it could still use a good bedding job over the aluminum block.
Is the trigger guard metal? any plastic besides the stock on the entire rifle?
