I'm with 1899, not silly to spend that kind of money on a firearm if you have the means. But it's silly to spend it on a Millar... go talk to an English maker for this kind of coin, not a dressed up M70.
English? Gross.

Pretty much my thoughts.
I can appreciate that Miller is trying to tap into this(mostly European) market but a Corvette ain't a Lambroghini, no matter how much it costs.
You must be living the good life. My truck and my house don't cost that much.![]()
100,000 worth of rifles and the Photographer crops off the barrels.
Fancy wood....but I could never justify the cost of them to the wife...![]()
Does no one know what colour a classic looking recoil pad is supposed to be?
If I had the money this is the route I would go at about $15,000 per in 7MM Rem Mag and .375 H&H.

That's very true. You get a dressed up Mauser 98.go talk to an English maker for this kind of coin, not a dressed up M70.
According to Manta they don't make a ton of money selling these guns. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $170,000 and employs a staff of approximately 3.
How are these $15K per, much less $50 K
. At even a generous estimate, I get $4400 per. Seriosuly, what makes 'em so special to warrant another $10,600 ?
McM Echolls stock - $600
M70 Action, trued and blueprinted $1500 (max)
Custom chambered barrel - $700
bottom metal - $300
Jewel (?) trigger - $300
custom rings/bases (or are they?)- $500
Gunsmithing - $500

It is actually quite simple. If they were $4400 their would be a 15 year wait for them. So they are 15K and you wait 2.
Not from my gunsmith....
