The Infidel - update w first group

Rick, I was wondering, have you torture tested your action to see how it deals with rapid fire heat build-up? I'd be interested to see the long action when it is completed.

Hey Rick, what does one of these beauties weigh? I'm thinking a RB/RP would be the cat's a$$ for a Canacuk F'er heading to the next FCWC... Could spin on a McPhee, McLennan, Gaillard, or Smtih tube and a Robertson stock and have a genuinely Canadian rifle to stack against the world.

I wonder if anyone has figured out how to bed w/ maple sugar?

Place your order when ever you wish, we will be starting full manufacturing very shortly and should have actions ready to ship in a couple of months.
We have no HST here only GST.

So when you sell to people in the Maritimes you don't charge HST?

Doing some research I've found this:
http://www.bookkeeping-essentials.com/tax-rates.html

it's the opposite if you are a non-participating province (GST) and sell to a participating province (HST). You must charge the HST rate to out-of-province sales unless the customer physically picks up the goods in your province.

No problem. :)

Just something new for those in BC and Ontario to consider.

The BC Lieberal gov't is saying that even anything purchased after May 1st but not delivered until after July 1st must be charged HST.

I'd much rather pay a business for services or tangible property than have more of my money going to taxes!

A Calgary-based CGNer could do a great "expediting" business (goodwill, of course, because Calgarians are such nice people that enjoy helpign their friends out) picking up rifles for their friends in HST provinces and taking them to the post office and mailing them out.

:agree:

I was just thinking of some loopholes...

Rick, do you have pictures of this action with a barrel, stock, etc from your test firing? Have you settled on a price yet for the "infidel"?

Any word on a long action yet?

It is in the works. We are currently running a production run of shorts in assorted bolt and port configurations.

A one piece bolt is also in the works.:D

We still have not been able to finalize pricing as we opted to do ALOT more testing before running any sort of quantity. Once we have this production run finished hopefully later this month we will have an exact cost.
