Oh that would so suck. Here if you sign up for it, you can find out by email if you won, and then you get your tag when you pick up your regular license.

I called mine in last night. Took about an hour to get through but when I did, it did not take long to complete. They say the line gets busier as the deadline gets closer.

must have a lot of lines through, I phoned in then had supper. About half hour later phoned in for my wife and there was over a thousand digits difference in the reference numbers.
