Well best of luck with that fake can you got there... I wouldnt touch one with a 50 foot pole.
Me neither but for a different reason ...... I prefer the real thing.

I still hate you and your business prohibited devices license.
whats the deal with the real suppressors, can you actually own those in Canada?
well i know it isnt on a precision rifle but i got it finally...
it is 100% not real.. does not suppress sound at all... more directs the sound down range but other than that.. no difference

It looks like you are using set screws to 'shroud' or 'sleeve' this over the barrel. won't you be scratching up the barrel finish?
i've dabbled with fake suppressors. they absolutely do nothing for recoil except make it lick monkey balls. since this is in the precision rifle's section, I'll assume that recoil won't be any worse in a bolt action vice something that normally has a break on it.
They were cool while you want one. once you have one, and fielded it once or twice, its not so cool anymore. I've since sold them. Kinda like wanting to eat breakfast for dinner (sausage, bacon, pancakes, eggs, toast...). But once you do, you wish you didn't.
