Not a complaint, a comment

Update..............Today the order came, 2 pristine looking SKS's. 2 weeks from order to delivery. I'm sure John's intervention hustled them along. They were well packed, as I said look to be pristine through the cosmoline. As in the start of this thread, never questioned the product or the company, just the post order brush off from order dude. There needs to be a transparent tracking system from the time of order and not just a line from someone who didn't know the status of the order. Hats off to Marstar but NOT to order dude. I think next time I buy firearms it will be local and dealer to me, not a guy on an order desk, that was my mistake.

Wow, that was fast, I guess they are really busy, I never had problems with Marstar when ordering a gun or being concerned about my money, just hope their ordering system gets updated eventually.

I just gotta say; I've dealt with Marstar several times, bought, sold, and even traded stuff from them. Everything from parts to pistols with ZERO problems! I've always got great customer service from them. John is excellent to deal with and so is his staff. Maybe you just got them on a bad day?

John, keep up the good work.

John,

I feel your pain. I wasn't aware that "I gotta have it now" instant gratification virus the youngsters have was contagious to us old farts.

For the record, I have ordered between 10-15 thousand dollars worth of firearms, at different times, from John and never, ever had so much as a hiccup.

Honey and vinegar I guess.

As per al100's posted reply... my registration certificate arrived in the mail the same day the package arrived from Marstar. Appreciatively, they did not debit my visa account until they had shipped the gun to me

It is standard practice at Marstar, we debit the client's card only upon having the order ready to leave, however the processing company often takes a day or two before reflecting the charge....
Thank you for your interest
John
