Hi Juice..
One thing i did notice is that you cant adjust the trigger pretravel too close to the sear reset as what will work by racking the slide will not work when you fire a shot.. I agree that the Henning trigger is a big improvement over the stock trigger.. cant wait to get it working properly...
I may be contacting tomorrow night.. LOL

That was one thing i forgot to mention. I found my sweet spot by trial and error. Mine now rests 1/16-18" PT and then you are 'on it' anything from a fart to a sneeze, once there and the gun goes off. You are right. Not enough and the trigger will not reset. Basically I adjusted mine until there was no reset, then went in a full half turn and locktited the screw.
I'd have to scale my trigger for an exact weight, but my Model 46, and 41 are only a CH lighter in pull.
The really nice thing, is no matter where your finger rides, the weighting stays very consistant.
One more thing, I adjusted my overtravel to be right on the edge, as I do love a clean trigger. Especially important with the hennings kit is to get that one right. I had not enough OT one match and... gun would not fire.... dumbass... I had checked it 3 times, and it worked fine, but i was too close.
Another 1/4 turn solved that one.
On an El presidente or other speed shoots, I keep my finger 'on it' and just jeep the gun moving. Wonderful speed increase. Just remember to let the trigger go... my only complaint, is once it is set up for you, it can be too easy to forget to let the trigger reset, only to pull the trigger again, and nothing happens, lol.
Other than that, I sure love it. Can't wait for the .357sig topend and comp to come back with mine. I plan to shoot open with iron sights .. just to be different, and see if all the silhouette shooting has paid off.
