Not as lucky as some of you

Amazing how everyone would always "rather buy locally" but still want Armand's prices. Locally that M4 costs $899 in calgary lol. Armand will make it right as long as you're not a duchebag about it. Trust me. And yea, don;t order online anymore, rest of us could use more deals anyways :kickInTheNuts:

Too late.

whoa guys. Take it easy on him. It was his first mail order. He admitted his mistake too. What more do you want?

:agree:
All newbies should check this thread out from start to finish, Rackman don't edit/delete your posts. This is great for people to learn. Don't feel too bad everyone makes mistakes. :D

Yup, this one and the M14 dishwasher warning thread. Should both be part of the NEWBIE FAQ IMO.

:nest:

Lol, pretty sure if you bill someone for something they did not recieve, you will be making it right no matter how the customer acts.

I'm sure he was just trying to express a little frustration, not make the seller look bad. Everybody knows how exciting it is to recieve a new toy in the mail. Imagine how it feels when you wait and wait and then something is missing. Give him a break.

sure..Which leg?

Translated, 'please make it go away.':D
More importantly RACKMAN, have you fired your new toy yet?

First off, I just got back from a 2 day work trip and read what was written since I've been gone...good to see that someone can apologize and still be bashed endlessly...good bunch of guys here:rolleyes: Secondly, no I didn't ask for the thread to be deleted to protect me from embarrassment, I thought if Badger's reputation was being potentially hurt by my post, it could be deleted if Armand chose to. For those of you that stated remarks along the lines of giving me a break, thank you...the rest of you that can't let it go can kiss my A#$.

Maybe next time pick up a phone first. If they're already closed you wait for the next day then call. Don't waste your time with emails and pm's, they're a poor substitute for speaking to a real person. Most retailers want you to be a satisfied customer.

We should keep this thread just to show the level of customer appreciation and service of Badger Arms...honest mistake on dealer's end and some jumping of the gun on the buyer's end. But both solved quickly and efficiently, no harassment or lengthy arguments over shipments that are years over due, just honest mistakes.

Same thing happened to me, I ordered an M305 from Badger, my bank was being a tard and not allowing me to charge it to my credit card, 1 week later all is well, Armand and his team stayed with me throughout and didn't just flip me the bird because I was having payment issues.

Once again...all hail Badger Arms

i have always got a reply from badger arms. late at night, weekends etc all you have to do is send a e-mail to them instead of using a public forum to complain

V:I:V:I:This does not seam like the right way to go about correcting and order? ragging on an internet forum? Someone who didn't want to jump on the "hate badger trend" that seams to be going on for the last little wile would have called to have it corrected. mistakes happen bro we are all human. have it corrected or if this has left a bad flavor in your mouth than ask for your money back and go pay more some place ells. just my 2 cents

Jeff

Okay, maybe out of frustration, I jumped the gun, but I did mention in my ORIGINAL post that "it was probably an honest mistake" and if they were open I would have called them. I'm not a rich man, so it's very frustrating to spend $900 and not receive what I paid for. If the issue is corrected in a TIMELY manner, I will give credit where credit is due.

Hey man, I work for the railway and I hate how it does "business". Imagine what it's like to be an elevator agent standing outside in the cold on a Sunday waiting for me to spot up your 112 grain empties. Then when I'm finished spotting up your 112 empties that were supposed to be there for your Tuesday loader, I drop this nugget, "Oh, and by the way, in true railway fashion, there are 8 bad orders you can't load. So essentially you only have 104 empties to play with. I offered to switch them out and grab another 8 to top you up; however, the railway didn't want to risk re-crewing us. Here have a crew pack."

Meanwhile, in Haiti and Africa and what not, millions of people are just trying to find their next meal... :runaway:
