Hey man, I work for the railway and I hate how it does "business". Imagine what it's like to be an elevator agent standing outside in the cold on a Sunday waiting for me to spot up your 112 grain empties. Then when I'm finished spotting up your 112 empties that were supposed to be there for your Tuesday loader, I drop this nugget, "Oh, and by the way, in true railway fashion, there are 8 bad orders you can't load. So essentially you only have 104 empties to play with. I offered to switch them out and grab another 8 to top you up; however, the railway didn't want to risk re-crewing us. Here have a crew pack."
Meanwhile, in Haiti and Africa and what not, millions of people are just trying to find their next meal...
