AR Drum Mags

$300+ for a 5 round mag that weighs a ton, so you can look cool?

Just go down to your local grocery store buy two tubs of yogurt, duct tape and a can of black spray paint, you will get the same effect and you get to enjoy some yogurt. :p

Hey man.... Someone piss in your corn flakes this morning? I mean, you need to relax. Perhaps your reading is superior to others, but I can't find anywhere in my post where I said I wanted to look cool. It's the gun I was talking about. You have your opinion with all of it's needless negativity, and I have mine. I thought that was what this forum was all about.

BTW, it's my cash, I'll spend it any way I feel like, and since I don't work at McD's and have a very well paying job, I usually have a good surplus I can play with. Sucks that you don't. I hope things pick up for you.

Thanks, some days I don't know why I post on here, but there are enough experienced and helpful people around to keep me going. I am here to learn, not cut people down, if you don't have anything positive or even relevant to add, why flap your lips at all, and wind up looking like a fool? Don't make a lick-o-sense to me....

Thanks! I'll have a look at their site. I remember seeing some sort of drum mags on there a few months back when I was having a look at their 1911's. Hopefully they have any bugs worked out by now.

CanstarArms doesn't carry real Beta-C drum mags but the Korean knock-offs. Though it isn't really a such big deal since the knock-offs are supposedly more reliable than the originals! :eek:

I got mine from them as well. I didn't have any issues. It came with a cheap black pouch and graphite(?) lube, pricey yes, but as stated cool is King. Here is hoping (dreaming) that our idiotic mag limits will one day be removed...
 
$300 for five round mag.. Wow,fvck me. I would buy one though if I had the cash. But priorities take precedence.
Come to think of it ,I would rather spend the money on dirty streetwalking hookers.
They do look badassery though, too bad we are so heavily governed by b.s laws, and too bad not enough fought against them.Pity on us....lol.

You are lucky you have one to LOOK AT.:p For my taste, I think that on a tricked out AR, this is the cherry on the icing of the cake. Practical?? Duhhh..... Sensible?? I think not...... ( In Canada anyway ) One of the wildest looking rigs you could imagine putting together?? Absolutely.....

It's alot to pay for a dust bunny sure. However I think we can all think of purchases that cost a lot more money, and made a lot less sense. That is if you have it to burn......
