Norc 1911 9mm, M14, CSA Compact, PPS50

Please don't call your CFO. Between myself and a few other dealers we just gave them about 500 restricted transfers. Everyone is processing as fast as they can.

I , like others , want to see what my new NP29 looks like. I want to be able to clean it & then take it shooting.
While these guns were pre-ordered, I would think that only so much paperwork can be done in advance. The serial number of each person's gun is unknown & the credit card transaction has to wait until the transfer starts. So, IMO, the logistics of processing a large number of restricted sales at one time must be substantial.

I will try to be patient & wait.

To anyone local, if you want there are a few dozen Chinese shipping crates at the end of my driveway. They are 13x16x24" or so...each holds about 20 handguns in thier boxes.

Ryan

I already called them and told them. A few guns matched people's dates of birth so I gave them those if possible.

We just put in another phone line for restricted transfers only. It should make it easier to get a hold of us as the normal lines won't be tied up for transfers.

On another note, please stop emailing me and pm'ing me asking for a tracking number for your NP29's status. I know everyone wants it as soon as possible. Every time I have to look it up and reply is one less gun I can transfer. Please don't take this the wrong way, I just want to get them out as fast as I can.

Things to remember here:
-You were not charged until they arrived. I'd be pissed if I paid 6 months ago, you were charged late last week so your only real commitment is a matter of days.

- This is a small business operating pretty well with demand, it's not Walmart or CTC.

- The CFO, Ontario Specifically, is in no rush to get more guns out there nor do they care that you've been waiting.

-It appears the shipment covered many vendors, everyone is rushing now. Vendors that sold less may have shipped faster but you could have shopped there instead.

Guys, the logistics alone would keep anyone of you up at night. Everything relating to restricted weapons in Canada is a gong show. Hounding the guy for running his business as best he can is low. It's not as if he has taken your money and disappeared. If you are having regrets you should have ordered something that was in stock.

Regarding Ontario CFO, they have been great for transfers lately. Even faster than BC and AB.

About 30 left.

Thats another thing people don't take into consideration, Province in which your are living can Largely affect processing times. some provinces are undoubtedly worst than others.

Yeah and we all know which province you are talking about...

You used to be cool QC CFO, you changed man, you've changed....

:D

Just read another thread about NP29s... CanadaAmmo has shipped several already and other guys are bragging about their tracking numbers.... I am envious.... :(

I have to agree 100% !! In Quebec the CFO is running about 45 days behind schedule and you have to keep in mind that they are not about to get any further help either. Everybody from the CFO's to the sellers are doing thier best with what resources they have. All we need to do is have a little patience and understanding towards them.
Ryan and the girls are a small set up that moves a huge amount of product in which they have to lay out large amounts of overhead to bring us the product we ask of them. Sit back, be patient, it's comming!!! :)
