I finally got a chance to take mine out. This is the first semi-auto rimfire I have ever owned, but I have put many rounds through the Mossberg tactical and a Ruger 10/22.
Because time was somewhat of an issue, I was only able to get some reliability testing done. On average, I was shooting about 8-10 rounds a second (yes, that fast) and all mags were loaded to 20 rounds. Here are my results:
Remington 22 Subsonic 38 grain lead round nosed hollowpoint - 1 FTFeed in 50 shots.
Remington 22 Thunderbolt 40 grain lead round nose - 2 FTFire in 50 shots (light strikes)
Remington 22 Yellow Jacket 33 grain truncated cone hp - 1 FTFire (light strike), 1 FTE in 50 shots
American Eagle 38 grain copper plated hp, high velocity - 1 FTFire (light strike) in 40 shots
Blazer 40 grain lead round nose - 1 FTFeed in 50 shots
CCI High Velocity 29 grain copper plated round nose - I gave up counting. I don't think I got more than 3 consecutive shots without a failure. I had FTFire (light strikes), FTFeed, FTE, and many mag issues where rounds were binding in the mag. I tried a 2 brand new mags and it still had the same problem. I tested 100 rounds.
As I said in the beginning, this is my first 22 semi, but I have shot many. It didn't have any more failures that others I have tried (except for the dismal CCI performance). No surprises here. Also, the recoil was very nice. While I understand that rimfires don't have bad recoil, it did have less than any other rimfire I have tried. I could not pull the trigger fast enough. Great fun.
I found the rifle to be comfortable. The iron sights are novel and I quite like them. I did mount my Aimpoint T1 towards the end, and I think that it may have found it's new home. I haven't taken it apart to see if the gremlin screw came loose, but will do so if I start having some bad issues.
Next stop, accuracy testing. Although it is worth noting, I didn't miss the 8.5x11" target once at 25 yards while hammering the trigger. Right now, I think that the Subsonics are going to be my go-to ammo choice.

Happy so far.
