There is absolutely no need to clean your AR everytime you shoot, especially recreationally in Canada with 5 or 10 round mags. Even overseas I only clean every thousand rounds or so unless it gets really dusty. At home I just add lube.
Thats because I clean my guns every 500 rounds. Which for me IS A DAY at the range. And I still think preventive maintenance is the best way to go when it come to any type of firearms. Hey some people never inspect their car until its broken, and then a wheel comes off...
What do you use over sea? C8? C7?
Would you trust your life over a norc or a nea?
I wouldn't... Un less my AR would be an HK416 or a LMT MRP piston or anything above 2500$ a unit I wouldn't trust it period. But thats just me.
