NEA seems to contradict themselves. They apparently want to build a quality product but also ship a quantity of product. They supposedly want Canadian Customers but at the same time don't need them, so we're not worthy of their direct attention when it seems as though there is too much drama. They say they're not interested in what the "mouth breathers" have to say, yet they are still feeding them. Pick a story, and stick to it.
I think NEA has serious potential but their online presence is disappointing to say the least. I think the person they are using as their online point man is not suitable for the job.
I've come close a few times to dropping some money on NEA stuff but then they say or do something that makes me shake my head. In the end I'm glad that they have only got a minimal amount of money from me.
Shape up NEA, or give up on your online presence. Your behavior online as it is now, isn't going to help you win customers.
